Through the NLC School of Ministry and our church’s ministries, we offer a range of courses to train and equip our people. Our goal is to make these courses easily accessible, empowering believers to lead in their homes, communities, cities, churches, and the world as devoted followers of Christ.

LABS

Our NLC staff meets monthly for chapel and hosts labs covering Life, Spiritual, and Skills topics. These bite-sized teachings aim to equip pastors, staff, and leaders with new insights to enhance their ministries at their campus. We prioritize continuous learning and provide valuable resources to support their effectiveness in ministry.

Our Mission

At NLC Learning & Development, we know it can be difficult to identify and feel confident in the next steps to grow in your calling. We provide learning opportunities, resources, and hands-on experience. We believe every person can develop personally, spiritually, gain a deeper understanding of God’s Word, and be better equipped for the calling God has placed on their life through our program.
